Create Project-Related DFF in Invoice Line error when running API in Visual Builder

When calling the API to create an invoice, invoice lines, and project-related DFFs in the invoice line in Visual Builder, the API encounters an error on the "_EXPENDITURE_TYPE_ID_Display", where the error says that the value "is not in the list of values". However, in SOAPUI/Postman it is successful using the same value.

It looks like the attributes that start with an underscore encounters an error. Has anyone encountered this before and what were the steps taken to solve it?
