Need Seeded Data Extraction from HCM to Other Systems

Hi Team,

Can you please help us with the best available options for the below case…

One our Entity has divested a portion of its banking business to another entity.
The colleagues working for Entity X are currently maintained within our Oracle Fusion HCM system under the X legal entity.
Approximately 2500-3000 colleague or person data is in Fusion HCM.
Starting in 2026, these colleagues will transition from the Fusion environment to the new X systems, which are not based on Oracle Fusion HCM. In preparation for this migration, it is critical that we provide X with a complete, accurate, and secure data of their colleagues so it can be successfully loaded into their target systems.
