Adhoc Route / Request Information behavior in Supplier Approval workflow

Hi Community,

We are working with SupplierInternalRegistrationApproval task in Oracle Fusion BPM Worklist. Our approval setup is First Responder Wins, with Enable Auto Claim and Complete parallel subtasks early enabled.

Here is the scenario we observed:

• Two approvers receive the same approval task in parallel.
• When one approver takes action Approve/Reject, the other approver’s notification is automatically closed (as expected). However, when one approver uses Adhoc Route / Request Information, the other approver still has an active notification and can perform actions like Approve.

Question:
Is there a way to configure Adhoc Route (or Request Information) to be treated as a valid Outcome so that the workflow closes parallel notifications for other approvers, just like it does with Approve/Reject?
