Email message we send to candidates doesn' t show up in Redwood

Summary:

I just send an email to a candidate and expected it to show up in the candidates profile.

Unfortunately it doesn't show up.

The only email I can see is the confirmation of receipt at the beginning of the application.

Can you please help?
