How to filter job applications on the basis of multiple skills suing Boolean operators

Dear Experts,

We are unable to filter job applications by skills using Boolean search under a specific requisition. The search doesn't seem to return accurate or expected results.
For example- for a particular requisition we need to filter out candidates on the basis of skills like C, C++ and Java, however the system doesn't fetch the candidates job application with the particular skill set. We need a feature where we can filter out the candidates on the basis of skills filter mentioned in the resume.

Also, can we filter the job applications using the AND, OR operators on Requisition level.
