When using approval delegation, we are unable to set the Delegate To to be the current user

When completing Roles and Delegations for Approval Delegation, we cannot create Approval Delegation if the Delegate To field is set to the current user - we would expect to be able to do this if amending the delegation rules for an employee who is on unanticipated leave. We can set Delegate To to other users without issue.
