Performance Document cannot see by the manager after manager change and transfer document

Summary:

Hi all, is anyone encounter an issue regarding Performance Document not visible on previous manager end after it was transfer to him.

For context: There has been a manager change using HDL. After the change, the current manager tried to transfer Performance Document to the previous manager. However, on previous manager end, he cannot see the performance document of the employee. When checked using HR user, it is visible, and it has been transferred to him.

All possible access ways were tested:

My team/ Performance

My team/ Goals and Performance Overview

Show More/ Quick actions/ performance.

And filters: direct team and all evaluates.
