What information does a SCORM file send to the Learning Cloud system

Summary:

I want to know what information a SCORM file can send to the Oracle Learning Fusion system and additionally what information can be received by the SCORM file from the learning fusion system.

In particular I want to know if the IP address of the system from which the learner is attempting the SCORM file can be captured
