PO Delivery failure notification for supplier to be notified to business is there any way the buyer get notification when the supplier does not receive notification / email (email get failed / bounced back)

When the PO is finally approved and then the email will go to the supplier and the system will communicate to the email id (see below in red) . Now the Buyer wants to know if supplier does not receive notification / email (email get failed / bounced back)

Is there any option to get such details or do we have any such report
