Manager needs to type person name manually while assigning a learning

Hi Experts

Logged in with Manager →My Team → Assign Learning
on selecting Assignee Selection Type as Person/Directs/Organization then on after click on person dropdown list is not coming.

Here we are expecting manager's direct reports list. Manager needs to type name manually?

Can we do anything here to resolve this or is this a standard functionality?
