Perform Recruiting Candidate Selection Process Actions is not invoking Recruiting CSP Fast Formula

Summary:


The Fast Formula and the Move condition in the CSP is getting triggered the moment we're entering a candidate in the phase-state.

Ideally we're expecting this to trigger when the scheduled process (Perform Recruiting Candidate Selection Process Actions) is run. But as we checked the log, the process is not invoking the fast formula at all .
