Ship to Location not defaulting for Miscellaneous line type

We are using OBN to get invoices from suppliers. One such supplier sending 3 line types - Item, Freight & Miscellaneous line type. 'Ship-to Location' is getting populated automatically for both Item & Freight after importing the B2B invoice but not populating for 'Miscellaneous line type. Its a PO matched invoice and PO has Ship-to Location' which is being picked by both Item & Freight but not Miscellaneous. Accordingly we are not able to validate the invoice since we are using third party tax engine and setup is based on 'Ship-to Location' i.e. if Lines don't have 'Ship-to Location' then
