Create accounting error in payable due to SLA derived combination does not exist

in Subledger Accounting & Accounting Hub

We are currently using automatic offset for payable invoicing and dynamic combination creation allowed for COA.

When a new company (C1) created and specify in invoice distribution line, the automatic offset will try to create corresponding liability account using C1 in the primary segment. The account combination does not include the liability's combination because of new creation.

Create accounting will fail instead of deriving a new combination. Is it a expected system behavior?
