Pick Confirmation Screen – Can Lines Be Consolidated by Item?

Summary:

In the Pick Confirm screen, the same item appears multiple times, even when:

• It comes from the same sales order
• The source locator and subinventory are identical
• This seems to be due to how the sales order was structured (multiple order lines), which results in unconsolidated pick lines.

📄 Mismatch with Pick Slip Report:

• Our printed Pick Slip Report is consolidated by item (grouped format).
• However, the Pick Confirmation screen is not.
• A single item printed on 1 line in the report may appear as 10+ lines in the system.

⚠️ Business Impact:

• Users are struggling to match what they see on paper vs. what they see in the system.
