My Receipts not Showing any PO

I hope you're doing well.
Not able to receive PO from My Receipts..
I'm facing an issue with a Purchase Order (PO) that has the receipt routing set to Direct Delivery. The Requester field is populated, and the PO status is Open. The user has also been assigned the Procurement Requester role.
However, I'm currently unable to receive the PO using the "My Receipts" screen. previously This process worked as expected in a different instance, but it’s not working here. I suspect a missing configuration or setup difference.
Could you please help check if anything might be missing — such as role assignments, receiving parameters, or profile options?
