In one flow, sequential and parallel approvals should happen but there are multiple rules defined.

We have multiple rules defined for Resignation and each rule has different set of approvers. But the requirement is the flow should be sequential and when there are multiple people tagged under one AOR, approval notification should be sent to all the people under that AOR and one of them can claim. If we are using parallel approvals it is being applied to all rules. But we required this to be applicable only to some rules.
