Change Assignment Type on a completed Assignment

Summary:

Since joining ORACLE Cloud in 2023, we have been using the assignment type 'Required' on any enrolments. However, we are bringing in role essential training and want to use 'Required' assignments for those and 'Voluntary' for everything else. However, we have thousands of completed assignments that are Required. Is there anyway to easily change these to voluntary? Maybe a data loader.
