Training Status Review: "Not Passed" Challenges

Review the process for the Not Passed training status, as below are challenges:

• Employees with not passed status cannot access the course/offering because they did not pass the test on the first try, and then, for example, left the unfinished course or accidentally closed the window, and now they cannot open it again. As a result, the course remains in the system marked as "not passed."
• It looks like the system considers it as completed logically, but in an ideal scenario, we want the Employees to pass.
• options If not passed, it could be treated as in progress, so it allows users to retry.
