Display Grade code instead of name on Grade field

A provision is needed in VBS to personalize fields with code and name, to display codes instead of names. Example, We have multiple Grades with the same name, but different Grade codes. On the Redwood Create Job Requisition, Create Offer, Hire an Employee, Change Assignment page or any other page where Grade can be used, there is no way to differentiate between Grade with the same name because the Grade Code field is not available.
