Redwood, recruitment agencies no longer receiving the "Recruiting Agent invite alert"

Summary:

Since upgrading to Redwood, the recruitment agencies invite recruitment agencies to submit candidates for roles (posting by recruiters to agent accounts). Before Redwood, an email notification Recruiting Agent invite alert (IRC_Agent_Invite_Alert) was sent.

Agents are no longer receiving. Configuration for this alert has not been changed or touched and agent accounts have been set up correctly. Just to be clear, client has been live with this functionality working correctly and it is only since Redwood upgrade that this email is no longer being sent/received.

The invitation is available for agent via Invitations on the Agency app but no email is received. Agents basically have no idea that a job has been sent to them.
