Contract Type drop down is blank on Edit Offer Page but visible on Employment contract page

Hi Oracle Experts,

We are facing an issue where Contract Type drop down is blank on offer page whereas on Employment contract page all values in contract type drop down is visible. Can anyone please let me know the reason ?

I have added the delivered Recruiter and Recruiting Manager role also to the user but still same issue.
