Opportunity Marketplace Job Segregation by Organization

If my understanding is correct, we are able to create Opp Mktplace job segregation by using the "Configure Job Segmentation" functionality.

Based on the Oracle documentation, using job segmentation you can:

1. Create an eligibility profile to categorize the group of internal employees for whom the visibility of the jobs needs to be restricted.
2. Create job segmentation configurations to filter the jobs for which you need to control the visibility.
3. Assign the eligibility profiles to the created job configurations.

So based on the above, I should be able to allow an organization to have their employees based on an eligibility profile only see jobs that are within that eligibility profile:
