Candidate Merge Validation only with Ex-employee/ CWK worker Records

Currently, the system is triggering validations for records linked to dependents, contacts, beneficiaries, employees, and contingent workers. As part of the business process, we require the system to perform automatic validation and merging of records only when they are associated with employees or contingent workers, and not when they are linked to contacts, dependents, beneficiaries, or similar entities.
