Possible Solution(s) to upload documents into Document records on HCM
Summary:
We have a client requirement to automate the process of uploading employee paper documents into the Document of Record (DoR).
The goal is to implement an automatic solution where the team scans the documents and sends them to a designated common mailbox or placeholder. Using a standard naming convention in the email subject line (e.g., EEID_Name_DOC_TYPE), the system should then pick up the documents from the mailbox and seamlessly load them into the employees’ Document of Record.
We would appreciate your guidance on any recommendations you may have or if we have ever done this type of automation for any client.
