Enhanced Address Validation for US, how far back, which error codes need correcting?

Summary: We’ve done the draft mode of the Address Validation Process Flow. On the report:

  1. We have employees who were terminated years ago. How do we exclude these employees from the report?

2. How far back in time do we need to go to review address validations?

3. Do all employees appear on the report or just ones that have Validation Status Codes?

4. Is the best way to correct addresses by going to My Client Groups\Person Management\Search for a person\click Person from the menu, and then “Update” the address?

5. How do we know which error codes to correct, and which ones are informational? For example:
