Contingent worker requirement

Summary:

In our organization, there are many persons defined as contingent worker and our customer wants to enable them to perform below operations

  • need to be able to submit requisitions
  • need to be able to create PO, agreements, suppliers, etc.
  • need to be able to approve requisitions and POs.
  • need to be able to view finance and procurement data, need to be setup as procurement agent. Procurement Data such as purchase order, purchase agreement, requisitions, suppliers. Finance data such as Project, grants, Budget, etc.

Can you please let me know how to setup this up? Do we need to enable any extra security/ assign privileges ?
