PO Cost Visibility Issue in Project Performance Review

Summary:

There are periods during which PO costs are not displayed in the Project Performance Review. We usually check PO costs in the following sections of the Project Performance Review:

1.ITD Purchase Requisitions Committed Cost
2.ITD Purchase Orders Committed Cost
3.ITD Committed Cost
4.ITD Actual Cost

After a purchase requisition is approved, values are reflected in sections 1 and 3. However, once a purchase order is created, these values are cleared. Then, after the purchase order is approved, values are reflected in sections 2 and 3, but until that point, the cost is not visible.

Similarly, once the goods are received, the values in sections 2 and 3 are cleared again. The cost only becomes visible in section 4 after the accounting is created and the cost is imported.
