Approval Failure when uploading Document of Records to an inactive Employee
There are many transaction failures in production for Document of Record uploads. Transaction is Manage Document Records
There are a few different errors that occur.
The issues happens after a person is terminated, they no longer have a manager. Therefore the notifications look to send to a manager, which doesn't exist. The rule needs to take into account this NULL scenario and not try to send the notification and shouldn't. If a person is active, send the notification to the manager, but if the person is termed, bypass sending the notification.
