SV Error: members from dimension account are selected on the ad hoc grid twice

Summary:

I am getting this error while creating ad-hoc. However, I am not getting this error while creating ad-hoc of different cube in same EPBCS application.

Cube is refreshed, there is no error of alias or duplicate members.
