Learner still sees course launch button, after specialization withdrawal.

Hi Team,

We started implementing oracle learning cloud to one of our clients. "Is it expected behavior that a learner continues to see the launch button for a course after being withdrawn from a Specialization". Please review the attached screenshot and let me know if you have any further questions.
