Restrict “Learning Assignments” to an instructor’s own offerings/classes

Context
Goal: Instructors (role based on learning specialist role) should see only learner assignments that belong to offerings/classes where they are (at least) the primary instructor—not the learner’s full assignment history.

What works
Inside an Offering → Learners tab instructors only see their own participants.

What we tried on “Learning Assignments”

Function Security: View Learning Assignments by Administrator (reveals the menu page and the Learners tab).

Data Security instance sets on:

• Person Detail (Choose Learner) to limit which people are selectable.
• Learning Record (not shown in screenshot)
