Tried

• Added instance sets to Learning Record and Learning Assignment for:
  • View Learning Assignment
  • View Required Learning Data / View Voluntary Learning Data
  • Report Learning Assignment
  • Use REST Service – Learning Record Searches by Administrator
• Removed “All values” elsewhere and verified with a clean instructor user.
• Even with (1=0) tests on those actions, the grid still returned data.
