You cannot modify any rule inside an autocomplete

Dears,

We currently have multiple Autocomplete rules configured in our environment—some of which were implemented a few years ago. At this point, we need to modify some of those validations, as they are impacting employee transactions and records, especially in the Document of Records.

However, we're unable to amend any of the existing rules.
Our environment is still running on responsive pages, not Redwood.

We would like to ask:
How can we activate the key or setting that allows us to edit existing Autocomplete rules?
Any guidance or steps would be greatly appreciated.
