We're changing the background screening vendor from First Advantage to Certiphi. The new vendor is under the OVI list. So, there is no issue with enabling them via the seeded configuration. However, requisitions and applications associated with the old vendor must be transferred to the new vendor to ensure a seamless interface without manual correction. We're familiar with adding the screening record via HDL to the job requisition, but not for the existing applicants. Could anyone share their experience handling this situation via the backend as a one-time update to the applicants?
