Whether the Job Offer Approval Notification subject can be changed?

Does anyone know whether the Job Offer Approval Notification subject can be changed?

Currently it is showing Candidate Last Name or Candidate Display Name, is it possible to include both Candidate First Name and Candidate Last Name on the Notification subject?

I saw from some of the post that we can update from BPM Worklist, but I found that seems the existing translation or header is empty/null. So I am not sure how to update those Offer Approval Notification.

Could anyone guide me? Thank you
