'We couldn't find any matches' result when the ‘Check Duplicates’ action is initiated
Summary:
We have enabled Redwood in ORC in one of our lower pods, and during testing we found that the ‘Ex-employee’ profile cannot be located when initiating the ‘Check Duplicates’ action. Among the available fields (Person Number, Name, Email, and Phone), we were only able to retrieve an ex-employee record using Person Number.
Questions:
- Why was no duplicate found when we initiated the ‘Check Duplicates’ action?
- Why are we unable to search using Person Name?
