Need to change the tab name from My Requisition to Manage Requisition by using VBS in SCM Redwood

In SCM Redwood Purchase Requisition, when we create a new requisition line with the option “No, enter details”, the system currently allows the line to be updated without entering project details. We want to implement a validation on the Update button using VBS to ensure project details are entered before the update is allowed. I will share screenshots for reference.
