Can we make changes to custom Line manager abstract role DSPs?

Summary:

A user is able to view the all Legal entities When hiring an employee in the entity that user belongs to. It should be restricted per entity. Upon checking we found that custom Line Manager abstract role is giving access to it with "Choose Legal Employer DSP" (Where condition is maintained as All Values). We have tried changing the DSP to "Access the legal employer for table HR_ORGANIZATION_INFORMATION_F for legal employers in their organization security profile". After making the changes and running the Jobs, the changes are being revoked. Could you please let us know if we can make changes
