Remove "Reset Password" Icon from Role and delegation Page

Summary:

Currently, when employees navigate to the ME > Roles and Delegation section, they are able to see the “Reset Password” button. This is not aligned with our business or compliance requirements.

Could you please let me know which security privileges control the visibility of the Reset Password button in the Roles and Delegation section? Additionally, if this cannot be managed through role/privilege changes, what is the Oracle-recommended approach (for example, Page Composer or other configuration) to remove or hide this button for employees?
