Post Closure Survey with Helpdesk Module

Hi Experts,
We have a requirement to have a post SR Closure survey. Is there functionality that will send a question/survey to the requestor on how they felt the service was as soon as the SR is closed.
We have seen some ideas which are raised for this functionality to have a built-in functionality for surveys in the help desk module and not third-party integrations but don't have any timelines when it will be available. Can you please advise on how we can achieve this and is there any inbuild functionality which can be used as a survey.
