Need to know Accounting Input Source 'Item Category Segment 1' and so on.

Hi,

I need to know about the accounting sources "Category Segment 1", "Category Segment 2" and so on. What are these sources and how we can use these in our Purchasing TAD mapping?. As far as I know, category segmentation is not available in Oracle Fusion. Please let me know as we need to implement a use case based on the answer. I am also attaching a screenshot to show the relevant input source that I am specifically talking about.
