How to Trigger 'Send to Fixed Email' for an Integrated Report in a Dashboard Using Action Links

Hello,

We are trying to automate a dashboard that contains a report (prompted by an OpportunityID) to be sent to our automation server, for example, via a button.

Unfortunately, I have not found any functionality to achieve this.

Here’s what we have attempted so far:

  • We created a dashboard and embedded the report within it.
  • We set up an agent to send the dashboard content as a PDF to our automation server via email.
  • While a PDF is generated, the report embedded in the dashboard does not appear. It seems that the report is still loading, but the agent sends the dashboard immediately without waiting for the report to render in the PDF.
