'Message Center' not appearing on Recruiting Activity Center

Summary:

I am trying to configure the 'Message Centre' in the Recruiting Activity Centre, as per the 25B What's New: Redwood Experience: Manage Candidate Communications Using a Centralized Messaging Hub (( ), but the 'Message Centre' tab is not appearing.

I have enabled the profile option: ORA_IRC_MESSAGE_CENTER_ORACLE_SEARCH_ENABLED.

I have run the ingest process for index name - fa-hcm-irc-messages

I have added the required privilege (ORA_IRC_ACCESS_RECRUITING_MESSAGE_CENTER_AS_RECRUITER), to or custom Recruiter role
