Hiding Show Prior Relationship Link in Family and Emergency Contacts Page

Hi Team,

We are currently trying to hide the “Show Prior Relationship” link on the Family and Emergency Contacts page. We initially attempted to manage this through role-based security, but were unable to find a role or privilege that controls the visibility of this link.

Could anyone please advise if there is a specific role, security setting, or configuration that governs this functionality? Any guidance or documentation on how to restrict or hide this link would be greatly appreciated.
