Hiring manager name not defaulting while creating a raising requisition

Summary:

Login in as a Hiring Manager

Click on create a Requisition

Add the Requisition details

In the Hiring team section, the name of the Hiring manager field is not defaulting with the Hiring manager name

This used to default with the Hiring manager name in RUI

Can anyone throw some light on this. Is this the redwood behaviour
