Recruiter Privileges Blocking Prospect Creation in Oracle Recruiting Cloud

Details:
We are facing an issue in Oracle Recruiting after adjusting recruiter role privileges.

Scenario:

• To restrict recruiters from creating standalone candidates via Candidate Search, we removed the privilege Create or Update Candidate [IRC_CREATE_OR_UPDATE_CANDIDATE].
• After this change, recruiters also lost the ability to create Prospects from the Job Requisition → Prospect page.
• It appears that the same privilege is controlling both candidate creation and prospect creation.

Expected Behavior:
Recruiters should not be able to create candidates from Candidate Search, but they should still be able to create prospects from the Prospect page.
