Redwood: Worker Union List of Values not displaying

Summary:

We have some users reporting that when using the Redwood Worker Unions page, they are not seeing any LOV or results when searching, however they did see them on the classic page. Some users are able to see the List of Values, so I assume it is some sort of role or privilege that is missing, however I don't see anything other than 'Manage Worker Unions' which is already assigned to the users. Any suggestions on what else might be missing for these users to see the results in Worker Unions?
