We need to document benefits of SCP Implementation in our business and a Guide of typical improvements - opportunities in these kind of projects youd be great.

Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning (particularly Demand Management, Supply Planning) have been implemented in several of our business units and we are tracking benefits of our project. However, we would like to have some reference, guidance or template of how to do that, as a help for our business case follow up. I understand benefits depend on multiple factors (change management, data cleansing, people & talent, business processes), and also will depend on the particular scope of SCP funcionalities implemented.
