How do I make a balance show on the PAY_LATEST_BALANCES table?

in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI)

I have created a balance definition. I added several balance dimensions. However, none of the "to Date" dimensions show on the PAY_LATEST_BALANCES table. How do I make them show on that table?
