Custom mapping set IH LOCATION BASED CC not showing up in Manage Subledger Rule Set cost management

Summary:

On trying to get the company segment in the mapping sets to show up in the manage Subledger Journal entry rule set, the custom mapping set doesn't show up.

1. IH LOCATION BASED CC and IH LOCATION BASED OP UNIT MAPPING SET are custom mapping sets for Cost center and OP Unit segments created in the under cost management.
2. The IH Location BASED CC and IH LOCATION BASED OP UNIT MAPPING SET are configured in the Manage Account Rules under Cost management.
3. IH COMAPNY CODE SEG RULE is created under receipt accounting in a similar way for the Company Segment.
